Taking a Bath at Morning Might Kill You

Is it true that taking a bath or having a shower in the morning may lead any disease?
This is a surprising fact I get from many researches.

I have a friend whose uncle had passed away yesterday. He told me that his uncle died when he was in a bathroom. He suggested me not to take a bath at morning. Then, the problem is how can't I have a shower at morning while I have to go to school? Hello, it must be joking, right? Going to school without even taking a bath might make your body smeels weird. No body will get closer to you. No one will be your friend. Everyone must have a shower when she or he goes to school. Yet, many of them do not die because of doing that activity including me. So, why should I be afraid of?
I'd done many researches about this event since I am interested of my friend's talking. Then, I find a surprising fact. My friend was true. Taking a bath at morning might kill people. How could it happen? Well, we know that at night, we all take a rest on bed, and we will do nothing but sleep. Yet, when we wake up, our body and brain must be warm, actually I don't know why. But when you suddenly wake up and take a bath for being ready to get work, you must be hurry up. Surely, the first part of the body which is stricken the water is your head. Without knowing that your head is warm, you struck the water on it everyday when you have a morning bathing. Your head might look well, but inside it, the brain, may be damaged. The cells of the brain would be broken off one by one, without realizing it. If your brain cells are broken, you will get a serious illness, that is stroke.
Then I asked the doctor at hospital about this topic. He agreed and offered the solution of such this problem. "actually, having a shower at morning must be safe if you do it well", he said. "but if you wash your head first, that must be really dangerous. Therefore, you must not begin to wash your head first", he added. Well, as the doctor has been said, we must not wash the head part first when we take a btah at moring. Then, what part of the body which we should wash firstly? Here are steps to get a well morning bathing.
1. wash your foot first. Then, you have to wait for at least three minute.
2. follow washing your body with water.
3. head becomes the last part of the body which you must wash.
Those are the right steps while you take a bath at morning; make you safe and healthy.

Black Bouquet

A black bouquet
In a million bouquet,
You're born to make the coldness and pain
The more money, the more heart bay
You fight God, You’re going to do it again
I’m burning up, I’m sick of your smile
My soul sheds wherever I see you
Yea, I’m million young in mind
But I can hear you, heaven knows you
You, yea you, you’re like a diamond in far
Don’t even have a precious thing
You are a dark star
We’ll punish you, We’ll always do fighting
I wish someday we can find a new light
The true star that can change this growing planet

How to prevent AIDS

Add caption

AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is a medical condition that is caused by a virus called HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus). A person is diagnosed with AIDS when their immune system is too weak to fight off infections. HIV is found in the body fluids of an infected person (semen and vaginal fluids, blood and breast milk). The virus is passed from one person to another through blood-to-blood and sexual contact. In addition, infected pregnant women can pass HIV to their babies during pregnancy, delivering the baby during childbirth, and through breast feeding. Sometimes, there are many misconceptions about HIV and AIDS. The virus cannot be transmitted from shaking hands, hugging, kissing, sneezing, using the same toilet, sharing towels, etc.
Many people think that there is a vaccine or “cure” for AIDS.  However, there is still no cure for AIDS. The only way to ensure that you avoid AIDS is to be aware of how to prevent HIV infection. There are some steps to prevent the spread of HIV infection. They are: not doing free sex, not sharing needles or syringes and propering education by promoting the effect and the risk of AIDS in the society.
First, by not doing free sex. Having sex with many partners can put a person at risk of being infected with HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (gonorrhea, syphilis, etc). HIV can be spread by having unprotected sex. So, do sex only with your monogamous partnership in which both members are uninfected. According to Ministry of Health of China, UNAIDS, WHO. 2005, 43.6% of total HIV/AIDS cases, 19.6% of it caused by having free sex.
Second, by not sharing needles or syringes. Needle is the tool that may spread HIV, the virus of AIDS. If we use  HIV-contaminated needles, certainly we will be infected with that virus. It’s difficult for us to know whether the needles we used from the other people are contaminated or no. In Northeast India, injecting drug use using needles is the major route of HIV transmission . Manipur, a small state in Northeast India with a population of about 2.3 million, is among the Indian states with the highest HIV prevalence. The cumulative number of HIV-positive cases reported in Manipur from the start of the epidemic to May 2008 was 29,602 cases; of these, 42.1% were categorized as having contracted HIV through injecting drug use by sharing needles. So, it will be more saved if we use new needles. Many communities now have needle exchange programs, where you can get rid of used syringes and get new, the sterile ones.
Third, by propering education by promoting the effect and the risk of AIDS in the society. One of the major problems with the spread of HIV and AIDS is the fact that people are not informed. Schools should implement this subject or area to create awareness among us. In Muhammaddiyah university, there is PIKMA YOUTH CENTRE which stand for centre of information and counseling for students. It’s very useful for students who want to know about health education or even want to get the solution from your secret problems.
As we know that there are many weird disease such as AIDS, we should be aware of our health to prevent that illness by not doing free sex, not sharing needles or syringes, and propering education by promoting the effect and the risk of AIDS to societies. We must know all the details about AIDS and what are the effects of AIDS.
